Role Description The Early Intervention Specialist will provide direct, individualized support to young children with developmental delays or autism spectrum disorders through structured intervention sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing developmental needs, planning goals, implementing evidence-based strategies, and tracking progress using clear documentation. The specialist will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create consistent routines and support plans at home and in educational settings. The role also involves educating caregivers on strategies to reinforce skills, maintaining detailed records, and participating in team meetings and training. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Early Intervention and Working With Children, particularly in early childhood developmental support.
  • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders and experience supporting neurodivergent children.
  • Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and their practical application in structured sessions.
  • Academic background in Psychology or related fields that supports child development and behavioral understanding.
  • Excellent observation, documentation, and communication skills to track progress and collaborate with families and teams.
  • Ability to work patiently, empathetically, and consistently in a child-focused, interdisciplinary environment.
  • Relevant certifications or training in early intervention, special education, ABA, or child development are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in clinical, school, or therapy settings working with children with developmental or behavioral needs is preferred.
