Role Description The Early Childhood Educator will design and facilitate engaging learning sessions for young children, aligning activities with Tickle Right’s right-brain development approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning age-appropriate lessons, leading interactive games and exercises, monitoring each child’s progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. The educator will collaborate with families by sharing feedback, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on at-home learning reinforcement. This is a part-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring consistent in-person interaction with children, caregivers, and the local team.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and demonstrated experience Working With Children, including the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with young learners and families.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Early Childhood Development and familiarity with holistic learning approaches appropriate for ages 6 months to 7 years.
  • Candidates should possess Creativity Skills to design engaging, play-based, and right-brain-focused activities that spark curiosity and imagination.
  • Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to plan lessons, manage classroom materials, and maintain clear records of student progress.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Prior experience in preschool, early learning centers, or child-focused educational programs is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory learning environment and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs is essential.
