CMS maintenance, SEO, Catalog updates, Ticket Resolution
Overview:
Maintain and enhance eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless digital operations, product updates, and customer experience optimization.
Responsibilities:
Manage CMS content, product catalogs, and digital assets.
Implement SEO best practices and track site analytics.
Resolve tickets related to site performance, checkout, and integrations.
Coordinate with marketing and IT teams for promotions and updates.
Support platform upgrades and testing activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
Understanding of HTML/CSS and web analytics tools.
Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.?
