Role Description The E-Commerce Platform Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce channels, ensuring product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory details are accurate and up to date. This role will coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to optimize product pages, improve user experience, and support campaign execution for higher conversion rates. The manager will monitor platform performance, analyze sales data, track key metrics, and implement strategies to increase traffic, customer engagement, and revenue. Responsibilities include managing platform integrations, resolving operational issues, aligning activities with brand guidelines, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.

Qualifications

  • Manage all e-commerce platforms and markets places.
  • Upload and update product listings, pricing and inventory.
  • Handle order processing, payments, returns and shipping.
  • Coordinate with courier and parcel partners for smooth deliveries.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding orders and support,
  • Knowledge of all major social media platforms and online promotions.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design and content teams.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
  • Basic understanding of online marketing and branding activites.
