As an E-commerce Operations Executive, you will manage daily operations across major online platforms, ensuring accurate product listings and optimized inventory. Your role involves processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and courier partners, and analyzing data to enhance operational efficiency. Roles And Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management:
• Handle day-to-day operations on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and updated regularly.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Order Processing:
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track order fulfillment and address any issues that arise during the shipping process.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with warehouse staff and courier partners to ensure timely delivery and logistics management.
• Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Reporting:
• Maintain and analyze sales and operational reports using advanced Excel skills.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operations.
• Operational Excellence:
• Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
  

Skills Required

• Fashion E-commerce Experience: Understanding of the fashion industry and its specific e-commerce dynamics.
• Marketplace Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with the operational challenges and strategies of various e-commerce platforms.
• Strong Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
• Good Communication & Coordination Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion sector.
