Roles And Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management:
- Handle day-to-day operations on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and updated regularly.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Processing:
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track order fulfillment and address any issues that arise during the shipping process.
- Coordination:
- Work closely with warehouse staff and courier partners to ensure timely delivery and logistics management.
- Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Reporting:
- Maintain and analyze sales and operational reports using advanced Excel skills.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operations.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
- Fashion E-commerce Experience: Understanding of the fashion industry and its specific e-commerce dynamics.
- Marketplace Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with the operational challenges and strategies of various e-commerce platforms.
- Strong Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
- Good Communication & Coordination Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion sector.
- Proven track record of managing marketplace operations successfully.
