PUREARTH is a growing award-winning beauty and wellness brand. We are at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for a dynamic e-commerce manager to drive our expansion and growth across key online marketplaces and our direct-to-consumer channel.


About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented, hands-on e-commerce manager to drive PURE EARTH's revenue growth and brand presence on platforms like Blinkit, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, etc., while also optimizing our Shopify-powered D2C business. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in marketplace management within the premium fashion and/or beauty startup landscape, demonstrating a proven track record of building and scaling digital commerce for a founder-led brand. You will be instrumental in developing and executing plans to grow the ecommerce business. This is a head in the clouds, feet on the ground role which requires agility, multitasking and strong operational skills.

Candidates who do not have hands-on end-to-end e-commerce operations (brand website and marketplace) experience in startup businesses need not apply.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Sales Growth Ownership:

  • Full ownership of P&L for all assigned marketplace channels, including Blinkit, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, etc.
  • Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to maximize sales and optimize performance across each platform.
  • Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities to expand PUREARTH's reach.

Marketplace Operations & Management:

  • Oversee daily operations across all marketplaces, including product listings, catalog hygiene, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure listings are conversion-optimized with compelling content, A+ content, high-quality images, and relevant keywords.
  • Manage account health, policy compliance, and management with platform support teams.

Quick Commerce Specifics (Blinkit):

  • Drive availability, dark store coverage, and daily run rates on Blinkit.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain to ensure proactive replenishment and minimize stockouts.
  • Negotiate JBP terms, secure banner placements, and promotional slots with platform category managers.
  • Performance Marketing & Promotions:
  • Plan and execute platform-specific advertising campaigns to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement promotional calendars for major sales events across all platforms

D2C Business (Shopify):

  • Drive the growth and optimization of PUREARTH's Shopify e-commerce store.
  • Implement strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and ecosystem for enhanced functionality.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as GMV, traffic, conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, and stock-out rates.
  • Generate weekly/monthly dashboards with actionable insights for leadership.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to maintain a market advantage.

Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong, proactive relationships with account managers and category teams at Blinkit, Nykaa, and Tata Cliq to secure favorable terms, placements, and collaborative opportunities.
  • Negotiate promotional deals and improved visibility with platform teams.

Cross-Functional Oversight and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with supply chain, finance, and other operation teams to ensure seamless end-to-end planning, execution, and inventory coordination.
  • Responsible for the outcomes of the supply chain and operations team supporting e-commerce operations.


Skills & Qualifications: Must-haves

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Max 3-6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management, specifically within D2C brands in the fashion and/or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth on platforms like Nykaa and Tata Cliq and hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms like Blinkit.
  • Strong expertise in Shopify platform management and optimization.
  • Demonstrable experience working with startup founder-led e-commerce brands, understanding their fast-paced environment and resource optimization needs.
  • Proficient in using marketplace seller central portals and e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Commercial instinct with a strong understanding of revenue, contribution margin, ROI, and ACOS.
  • Highly analytical with advanced PowerPoint and Excel/Sheets knowledge; able to build trackers, run pivots, and present business reviews.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive ownership
