Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an E-commerce Listing Expert. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing product listings across various e-commerce platforms, analyzing market trends, ensuring the accuracy and quality of product data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. You'll also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, apply sales strategies to improve product visibility, and contribute to driving online sales.

Inventory Management And Account Health Monitoring

The ideal candidate must be proficient in bulk listing using flat files, managing Amazon A+ content, and optimizing product discovery through SEO. Experience in maintaining Account Health and resolving listing suppressions/errors is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Commerce and Sales concepts to successfully manage and optimize e-commerce platforms
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate performance metrics, and improve product listings
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and effectively collaborate with team members
• Experience in implementing strategies to enhance online sales and achieve business goals
• Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Jio is a plus
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and e-commerce management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred
