We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with major e-commerce platforms including Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Q-Commerce portals (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).

• Manage product listings, catalog uploads, and updates on Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-Commerce platforms
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams to ensure compliance and listing accuracy
• Monitor order processing, inventory levels, and returns
• Analyze platform performance reports and optimize listings accordingly
• Resolve operational issues related to listings, payments, or logistics
• Run and track promotional campaigns and discounts
• Work closely with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely deliveries

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce account management
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
• Strong understanding of listing optimization, SEO, and pricing strategy
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
