Role-MSD CRM Technical consultant ??????Minimum 5 Years of experience. ??????Good Hands-on experience in D365 online (Customization & Configuration) ??????Candidate should have experience in Power Automate, Azure Function, Azure Web App etc. ??????Candidate should have good experience in data migration. ??????Candidate should have good experience in implementing Inbound and Outbound integration with MSD CRM ??????Good debugging and problem resolving skills. Candidate should have good experience in sales, marketing, and customer service module of CRM. ??????Experience in field Service, certifications in CRM are added advantages? ??????Ability to manage multiple parallel projects at the same time. MSD CRM Functional Consultant ??????Minimum 7 Years of experience. ??????Sound knowledge in sales, customer service, marketing, and field service modules of CRM ??????Experience minimum 3-4 end to end implementation. ??????Good communication and documentation skills ??????Certification in CRM is an added advantage. ??????Ability to manage multiple parallel projects at the same time. CRM Architect ??????Minimum 12 Years of experience. ??????Sound knowledge in sales, customer service, marketing, and field service modules of CRM ??????Experience minimum 3-4 large end to end implementation. ??????Good hands-on experience in azure functions, azure service bus, azure web app, application insight, power automate etc. ??????Good communication and documentation skills ??????Enterprise Application knowledge in CRM, ERP, Customer Portal ???????Experience in Public sector ??????Candidate should have good experience in data migration. ??????Candidate should have good experience in implementing Inbound and Outbound integration with MSD CRM ??????Good debugging and problem resolving skills. ??????Certification in CRM is an added advantage. ??????Ability to manage multiple parallel projects at the same time.
