Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with 6–7 years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations and strong technical capabilities in customization, development, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver 4–5 full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central across multiple versions.

Work across functional areas including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash Flow, Supply Chain Management, Inventory, and Manufacturing.

Participate in upgrade and migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions between versions.

Develop and customize solutions using AL and C/AL programming languages.

Design and develop RDLC reports and manage SQL Server databases.

Build and manage API integrations with external systems.

Follow Microsoft implementation methodologies and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Utilize tools such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git for development and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven experience in at least 4–5 full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash Flow.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, Inventory, and Manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in AL and C/AL programming with the ability to develop independently.
• Experience in RDLC report development and customization.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and database management.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and external system connectivity.
• Exposure to system upgrades and migration projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft implementation methodologies.
• Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders.
