Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage cross-functional teams during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling operational challenges efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
2. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and a high level of guest satisfaction.
3. Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service recovery promptly and professionally.
4. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure rooms and public areas meet quality standards.
5. Monitor room availability, occupancy, and assist in maximizing revenue through upselling and room allocation.
6. Supervise staff on duty, ensuring adherence to grooming standards, SOPs, and service protocols.
7. Conduct regular rounds of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
8. Handle emergency situations (guest issues, medical, safety, or security concerns) effectively and report incidents.
9. Maintain daily operational reports, shift logs, and ensure proper handover between shifts.
10. Assist management in achieving guest satisfaction targets and operational efficiency goals.

Qualification
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
