Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a Duck Creek Policy Developer with 7+ years of experience in Lead Developer with good exposure on Duck Creek Policy module. Requirements Proven experience as a Duck Creek Developer, with a focus on the Policy module. In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy functionality, configuration and customization capabilities. Proficiency in C#, XML, JavaScript, SQL and other relevant programming languages and technologies. Experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration System (PAS) and other Duck Creek modules is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Must have Duck Creek certifications (e.g., Duck Creek Policy Policy Configuration) are preferred. Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Duck Creek Policy module to meet business requirements and enhance system functionalities. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements for Policy system enhancements and integrations. Configure and customize Duck Creek Policy components to align with business needs. Develop and maintain Duck Creek Policy integrations with external systems, such as Claims, Billings and third-party payment gateways. Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, transform and load (ETL) Policy data from various sources for reporting and analysis purposes. Participate in code reviews, unit testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Duck Creek Policy solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, providing timely support and ensuring minimal disruption to Policy operations. Document technical specifications, design documents, and implementation details for Policy system configurations and customizations. Stay updated with Duck Creek product releases, patches, and best practices for Policy module development. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies within the Duck Creek development team.
