Roles and Responsibilities Develop and customize billing solutions using Duck creek software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate billing systems with other applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing processes. Implement best practices for billing system design and development. Participate in the testing and deployment of billing solutions. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in billing technology. Document processes and procedures related to billing systems. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes and systems. Required Skills ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. ? 4-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Duck creek billing solutions. ? Experience in the insurance industry is preferred. ? Strong knowledge of Duck creek software and its billing modules. ? Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and XML. ? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ? Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ? Good communication and interpersonal skills. ? Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. ? Certification in Duck creek software development is a plus.
