Dual Convention Services Coordinator

What you'll be doing:

• Input and manage contracted groups, events & rooming lists
• Oversee billing for group, corporate and catering
• Keep reservations and event systems up to date with accurate and timely information
• Act as on-site contact for site tours and large group arrivals, as needed
• Compile and distribute weekly BEO packet to all internal departments
• Manage incoming calls and emails for group updates, changes and requests
• Finalize group pick up numbers and complete post event reports as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Hotel experience
• Computer proficiency and experience with: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel - experience with Salesforce Delphi and/or OnQ R&I a plus
• Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
• Will work some evenings and weekends, as needed
