Drupal Technical Manager Location: Bangalore Experience ? 12-18 years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Drupal Project Manager to lead and manage web development projects built on the Drupal CMS platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Drupal development processes. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for Drupal-based web development projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation. Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues. Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies or other relevant frameworks. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Manage client communications, expectations, and feedback loops. Oversee quality assurance and ensure project deliverables meet business requirements. Coordinate deployment and post-launch support activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in web development. 2+ years of experience managing Drupal projects. Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, modules, and theming. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with remote or distributed teams. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization in Drupal.
