Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Fixed Wing/Multicopter/Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Test Pilot and Systems Integrator, who can test fly our inhouse designs and help in Integrating, maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess DCGA Certified License Preferred strong skills of Field testing of UAVs, a deep understanding of UAV technologies, and a minimum 500 hours of Flying experience. ? Primary Skills Required : Hand on experience in Test Flying fixed wing/VTOL UAV/Multirotor UAVs Repair and maintenance of UAV?s Flying Experience in small and Medium class UAVs Mission Planning using Mission Planner, QGC etc. Knowledge of Mapping, Surveillance and other payload Integration ? Roles and Responsibilities : Develop test plans, Pre-flight Checks,Ground and Field Testing of UAVs Safe Transportation of UAV?s to Field and Lab Enhance flight performance capabilities, integrating variousPayloads, ensuring safety and Reliability Collaborate on integrating and testing Document design processes, test results, SoP Development and provide technical reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless testing of UAV system Any other work assigned as per requirement. Qualifications and Key Skills Required: PhD with relevant experience OR MTech / ME or equivalent degree with relevant experience OR BTech / BE or equivalent degree with relevant experience? Proficiency with Mission Planning softwares 500 Hrs UAV Flying experience Expertise in selecting components and modifying UAVs based on tests, payloads,sensor requirements Understanding of flight physics, Drone Parameters Familiarity with UAV regulations and safety standards Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
