For more information, please visit www.solifi.com About the Team: You will join a collaborative full-stack engineering team dedicated to building scalable, secure, and high-quality cloud-native applications. The team works primarily with .NET (C#), Angular, Document DB, and AWS to deliver reliable products that support core business needs. We operate in an agile environment, partnering closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional groups to translate business goals into impactful technical solutions. We foster a culture of ownership, open communication, and knowledge sharing, where engineers are empowered to innovate, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor others as they grow About the Position: As a Software Engineer, you are an early-career eager to grow your skills and contribute to building high-quality software in a collaborative environment. You are passionate about coding, learning new technologies, and solving real-world problems. You have a solid understanding of software fundamentals and some experience (professional or academic) with modern full stack development ? ideally in .NET (C#), Angular, and cloud-based systems. You?re eager to deepen that experience under the guidance of senior engineers and to grow into a well-rounded, independent contributor. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and are motivated by the opportunity to learn from experienced mentors while delivering meaningful features to production. You thrive in a supportive team environment that values continuous improvement and craftsmanship Responsibilities and Deliverables: ? Design, develop, test, and maintain features and enhancements for full stack applications using .NET (C#), Angular, and PostGresDB. ? Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality software that meets business needs. ? Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. ? Participate in code reviews ? both receiving and providing feedback ? to improve code quality and learn new techniques. ? Debug and troubleshoot application issues with guidance from senior engineers. ? Work with cloud-native tools and environments, primarily on AWS (experience with Azure or GCP is also valued). ? Contribute to CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI or similar tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins). ? Document work clearly, sharing knowledge with teammates and helping to build a culture of collaboration and learning. ? Actively learn and grow, seeking mentorship and feedback to build strong technical and professional skills. Preferred Experience Level: 2 to 3 years About You: Microsoft Certified: ? Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent hands-on experience. 2 to 3 years of software development experience (internships, academic projects, or professional experience). ? Some experience with .NET (C#) and Angular, or similar modern web technologies. ? Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and API development. ? Familiarity with cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP). ? Experience using Git for source control and familiarity with CI/CD concepts. ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. ? A desire to learn continuously and grow into a senior-level engineer. Preferred Qualifications ? Experience with PostGresDB, MSSQL, Oracle or other RDBMS databases. ? Exposure to microservices or distributed system concepts. ? Experience with test automation, unit testing, or integration testing. ? Internship or project experience developing cloud-hosted applications. ? Interest in financial technology or enterprise systems. ? Demonstrated curiosity and self-motivation to explore new technologies.
