Key Tools and Frameworks: Cloud and Infrastructure: AWS (SQS, S3, Lambda), Serverless Architecture, Docker, NoSQL databases (DynamoDB), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI). Programming and Frameworks: .NET 8/9 features, Microservices Architecture, Asynchronous Programming (Async/Await), Task-based Programming (Task, Task Factory), Parallel processing (Parallel.For, WhenAll). Messaging and Data Handling: Kafka, RabbitMQ, GraphQL. Development and Front-End Tools: Test-Driven Development (TDD), HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust applications and services using C# and .NET Framework/Core . Collaborate with global teams to implement new features and enhance existing ones for web applications and backend services. Migrate legacy applications to the cloud and integrate cloud services into the application stack. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. Design and manage data models for relational and NoSQL databases . Set up and optimise CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments. Stay updated with AWS offerings, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve application performance and reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET Framework/Core in application development. Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles, including scalability, security, and cost optimisation. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs , web services, and relational databases. Proficiency in version control with Git and adherence to source control best practices. Solid knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum practices for effective collaboration. Expertise in multithreading and developing multithreaded applications. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of structs and classes in C# for efficient data structure management. Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering is preferred but not mandatory, provided you have equivalent relevant experience. Note: Shift timings align with UK working hours. This role is based in Ahmedabad/Pune, but candidates from other cities or states are encouraged to apply as remote or hybrid working options are available.
