This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dotnet Developer, based in Kochi with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Dotnet Developer will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining applications using .NET technologies, including .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC. Key responsibilities include implementing software development best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and performing system testing to ensure quality and effectiveness. The role also involves actively contributing to continuous process improvement in the software development lifecycle.

• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and advanced Programming skills.
• Experience in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC development.
• Strong knowledge and ability in Software Development best practices.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid workplace environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience with system integration and cross-platform development is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and cloud platforms is an advantage.
