Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Domestic Sales Manager, based out of Panipat, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Domestic Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing business plans. This role involves leading sales teams, creating budgets, and ensuring targets are met while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Budgeting to strategize and manage resources effectively
- Experience in Account Management and Sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Strong Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and drive cross-functional sales teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; relevant work experience will be considered
