Role Description

This is a Full-Time Domestic Customer Service role at iEnergizer, based on-site in Noida. The role involves interacting with customers to resolve inquiries and provide quality service, addressing issues through phone, email, or chat effectively and efficiently. The specialist will handle complaints, maintain customer satisfaction, and work towards process improvements in collaboration with the team and supervisors. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and meeting service delivery standards are key components of the role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries with a positive and professional attitude

  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required
