Job Summary The Lead Developer role requires a highly skilled professional with 3 to 12 years of experience in Documentum technologies. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and maintaining Documentum applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Documentum solutions ultimately enhancing the companys digital content management capabilities. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Documentum-based applications to meet business requirements and enhance content management capabilities. Oversee the implementation of Documentum xCP solutions ensuring high performance and scalability. Provide technical expertise in Documentum Process Builder to streamline and automate business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Documentum solutions. Develop and maintain Documentum D2 configurations to optimize user experience and system functionality. Ensure the security and integrity of Documentum applications by implementing best practices and regular audits. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Documentum applications minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity. Mentor and guide junior developers in Documentum technologies fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Documentum solutions with other enterprise systems. Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization of Documentum applications to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest Documentum technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improvements. Document all development processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with company standards. Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress and any potential risks or issues. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Documentum Documentum xCP and Documentum Process Builder. Demonstrate proficiency in Documentum D2 and Documentum Administrator for effective system management. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Showcase excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Have a strong understanding of Documentum Foundation Classes for developing custom solutions. Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies. Maintain a detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in all development tasks.
