Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Docent at the Blades of Glory Cricket Museum located in Pune. The Docent will be responsible for conducting educational tours, creating engaging lesson plans, and ensuring visitors have an interactive and informative experience. The responsibilities include providing insights into cricket history, facilitating learning opportunities, and coordinating with other staff members to enhance visitor engagement and satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to the museum's educational programs and adapting presentations for a diverse audience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lesson Planning and the ability to develop and deliver educational content effectively
• Strong skills in Cricket Education and Teaching for engaging diverse audiences
• Excellent Communication and Training skills to create a meaningful experience for visitors
• Passion for cricket and enthusiasm for sharing its history and significance
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage groups, including students and adults
• Prior experience in museum education or working with cultural institutions is a plus
