Core Technical Skills Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Administration & Engineering Hands-on experience with DLP tools: Trellix, SkyHigh, NetSkope, Zscaler, Palo Alto (DLP) DLP components: Data in Motion Data in Use Data at Rest scanning CASB Data Insight Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution Network Troubleshooting SIEM Tools & Dashboarding (e.g., PowerBI ) Automation & Scripting (policy testing, issue replication, system monitoring) ServiceNow ? Change & Incident Management Windows Desktop & Server Administration Cloud/SaaS platforms understanding Procedure/Process Documentation Operational & Engineering Skills DLP policy deployment, configuration, tuning, and optimization Performing upgrades, patches, and enhancements Root cause analysis (RCA), issue isolation, and replication Supporting audits and compliance requirements Maintaining knowledge base for incidents and issues Collaborating with product vendors and cross-functional teams Performance analysis and improvement for DLP infrastructure Security & Compliance Skills Information Security best practices Incident investigation and resolution SLA-driven operations Experience with compliance standards (audit participation) Soft Skills Strong communication skills (written, oral, email) Ability to work independently and under pressure Team collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Ownership-driven and proactive attitude Flexibility to work outside business hours for global support Professional and cordial relationship management Education & Certifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of Information Security experience 2+ years of DLP-specific experience CISSP or equivalent preferred
