Position Summary

The District Manager, Noble Chicken  works to ensure that company owned stores are managing business in a manner consistent with Noble Chicken’s operational standards, procedures, and brand standards.  This role actively manages direct reports while building sales and optimizing profits. Operations and Customer Service are the focus of this position, but they will also be responsible for execution of various programs, market tests and company initiatives as needed.


Essential Functions


  • Develops, refines & manages Noble Chicken's Operational standards.
  • Partners with General Manager(s) to develop restaurant goals and ensure objectives are met.
  • Evaluates and monitors food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Approves weekly payrolls.
  • Monitors store’s profitability.
  • Assesses store local marketing initiatives.
  • Identifies sales building opportunities and coordinates initiatives with Marketing Dept.
  • Monitors all aspects of the restaurant operations by using the various measurement and reporting tools available (Daily Sales Report, Guest Feedback, Labor and Food Cost tools), then using the data to coach and achieve establish goals.
  • Prepares Operational budget annually and ensures departmental expenses remain within budget. 
  • Participates in the development and execution of company operations initiatives. Works with project team members to support the successful execution of the program from beginning to end.
  • Conducts Quarterly Meetings with store managers that include preparing analysis of profit and loss, human resource plans, sales comparisons, LSM marketing plans, then-current guest satisfaction measurement tools and action plans for individual restaurants. Tracks and follows-up regularly on progress.
  • Provides professional and technical coaching, mentorship and development for direct reports as needed.
  • Completes bi-annual performance reviews for all direct reports.
  • Actively participates in the development and leadership of the Franchise Advisory Council
  • Develops, plans and implements all National & Regional Franchise Conferences. 
  • Coach and develop team.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Retail Management, or 7+ years’ experience in restaurant management.
  • Attention to detail.


Salary range is $65K - $70K
