Job Description
We are seeking a local candidate for this role, and the position is located onsite daily downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Hours: 6:00am-4:00pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Overtime as needed during the week and on weekends (Sundays) as needed for business needs
The Operations Supervisor will manage and leads a team of employees. They will be responsible for communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. - Supports Distribution Manager
- Training of the lead/back up supervisor
- Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on ordering where necessary
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Assists management new team member training
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Conducts daily team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
- Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with other departments, answering enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
- Conducts daily and routine 5s Audits of managing area for orderliness and cleanliness
- Utilize Teams/Office software for tasks and communication
- Routinely monitors employee performance including giving verbal/written warning notices for underperformance
- Handles employee 90-day, 6 month and year end evaluations
- Manages employee hours based on volume
- Communication: Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.
- Adaptability/Flexibility: Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, and adjusts plans to meet changing needs.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma/GED required
- 3 years of Team Leadership Experience required
- Distribution experience preferred
- Product Knowledge and Industry Experience preferred but not required
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
