Job Description
Responsibilities: Coordination with sales dept., HO for daily dispatch scheduling.
- Updating FG Stock entries in Tally.
- Updating Stock records & transactions.
- Preparation of various MIS Reports (Open Orders Vs. Stock Report vs. Production
- Coordination with Production Head for FG avail status.
- Coordination with Stores for Trading & Job-work materials.
- Coordination with production head for verifying product availability as per dispatch
- Coordination with the Q.C. and R&D for Samples & Clearance Reports.
- Logistics coordination for timely dispatch & vehicle status.
- Accountable for preparation of invoices and e-way bills.
- Ensuring dispatch of proper quantity with correct batch number and necessary
- Maintenance of dispatch records and documents.
- Reporting of daily, monthly dispatch data to Sales head/ HO.
- Conforming to safe working practices.
- Ensuring achievement of Quality objectives
