Responsibilities: Coordination with sales dept., HO for daily dispatch scheduling.

  • Updating FG Stock entries in Tally.
  • Updating Stock records & transactions.
  • Preparation of various MIS Reports (Open Orders Vs. Stock Report vs. Production

Planning).

  • Coordination with Production Head for FG avail status.
  • Coordination with Stores for Trading & Job-work materials.
  • Coordination with production head for verifying product availability as per dispatch

schedule and for finished product batch number entries into tally.

  • Coordination with the Q.C. and R&D for Samples & Clearance Reports.
  • Logistics coordination for timely dispatch & vehicle status.
  • Accountable for preparation of invoices and e-way bills.
  • Ensuring dispatch of proper quantity with correct batch number and necessary

documents.

  • Maintenance of dispatch records and documents.
  • Reporting of daily, monthly dispatch data to Sales head/ HO.
  • Conforming to safe working practices.
  • Ensuring achievement of Quality objectives
