The Supply Chain COE Director will Lead the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) team to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and innovation across global supply chain functions. This role oversees governance, analytics, program management, and training, ensuring best-in-class performance and decision-making.

This role oversees governance, analytics, program management, and training, ensuring best-in-class performance and decision-making.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Establish a centralized governance framework for supply chain standards and policies.
- Drive Make vs. Buy strategy and prioritize business-critical initiatives.
- Align COE objectives with corporate strategy and growth plans.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, including:
- Supply Chain Data Analytics Team: Advanced analytics, dashboards, predictive modeling.
- Supply Chain PMO: Strategic project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Material and Supplier Risk Assessment: Identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Segmentation of Products and Vendors: Classify by criticality, spend, and risk.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Define and implement supplier performance standards.
- Process Harmonization: Standardize buying, planning, and execution processes globally.
- Supply Chain KPI Monitoring: Develop dashboards and track OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy.
- Lead Monthly Supply Chain Reviews: Present performance, risks, and improvement plans to leadership.
- Drive and Lead Key Projects with Relevant Functions: Ensure cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
- Design and implement a Supply Chain Training Program by Function (Procurement, Planning, Logistics, etc.).
- Develop learning paths and certification programs to upskill teams globally.
- Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Build advanced analytics capabilities for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
- Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Prioritize and oversee execution of key supply chain initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485 for medical devices).
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for supplier and operational disruptions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years of experience in supply chain leadership roles, including governance and analytics.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and PMOs.
- Expertise in ERP systems, advanced analytics tools, and digital supply chain technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Experience with creating and driving processes improvement and creating best in class practices in Supply Chain
- Visionary leadership and team development.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical acumen.
- Program management and governance expertise.
- Deep understanding of global supply chain trends and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; MBA or Master’s preferred.
