Report to CFO. Manufacturing co. MUST have manufacturing exp. should come from a small to mid-size company- Initially this will be a stand alone position. Must have exp with both the infrastructure side and the applications side.Our client is seeking a strategic, hands on Director ot Technology to lead their global technology platform. They are an ETO OEM Mfg entity with growing footprint including US, Europe and India and China. Must be a leader who can bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. The ideal candidate will assist in creating their IT dept during their transition from a unit of a Global Services co to an independent , mid-market US based multi-national company. You will be responsible for modernizing their legacy applications, securing their global infrastructure, and ensuring their engineering , ERP and MES are optimized for data driven decision-making across all international sites.IT Roadmaps, Global standardization, Budget mgmt enterprise systems and data integrity, digital transformation. Must have Infrastructure, Security and compliance exp, Cloud strategy, Manage the transition of localized legacy servers to secure , scalable cloud or hybrid environment(i.e azure or AWS. Must be degreed. Experience 10 yrs plus of progressive IT exp, with at least 4 yrs in a sr leadership role within an ETO mfg environment. vendor and team mgmt. Deep expertise in ERP systems(i.e. Infor Cloudsuite or Epicor Kinetic)Strong understanding of network architecture SD-WAN and cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of mfg-specific tech: MES, PLM and SCADA systems
