Director – FP&A & Finance Transformation

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced finance leader with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Revenue Accounting, and Finance Transformation within the Insurance industry. The candidate will lead large global teams, drive process excellence, and partner with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis including:
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards.
• Partner with global business leaders and stakeholders to support strategic financial decisions.
• Drive Finance Transformation initiatives including:

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in FP&A / Finance Operations / Finance Transformation.
• Mandatory experience in the Insurance industry.
• Proven experience managing global clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong exposure to transformation programs, automation, and process optimization.
• Experience handling large teams (300+ FTEs preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in US Shift timings.

Preferred Background

• Experience in shared services / GCC / large multinational environment.
• Exposure to finance automation tools and ERP platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
