Job Description
DePaul Cristo Rey High School is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Director of Corporate Partnerships to lead new employer acquisition for our innovative Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP). This role is essential to ensuring student job placement while generating revenue that helps make a college-preparatory education accessible and affordable.
The Director will focus on building a strong pipeline of corporate partners, cultivating relationships with business leaders, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships that benefit both students and employers.
The ideal candidate has a consultative sales mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for expanding access to education and workforce development opportunities. This position includes variable compensation tied to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Secure new corporate partners to provide student job placements
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective employers using Salesforce
- Conduct outreach through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and organizations
- Represent the school at events and identify sponsorship opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to align student readiness with employer needs
- Meet annual student placement and revenue goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, corporate partnerships, or nonprofit advancement
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or partnership goals
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills with an established network of business connections within the Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky / Southeast Indiana region
- Experience using Salesforce
- Passion for Catholic education and the Cristo Rey model

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 / Year
Other compensation: significant bonus opportunity with sales results
