About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Director, HR Business Partner, to help build and scale a strong people foundation during our next phase of growth. This leader will partner closely with department executives and senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, guide workforce planning, and enable high-performance teams through repeatable, scalable HR processes.
This role blends strategic partnership with operational depth, requiring strong judgment, data fluency, and the ability to influence leaders in a fast-growing, global environment. The Director, HRBP will lead and develop a small team of HR professionals, ensuring consistent, high-quality partnership across the organization.
The role reports to the Chief People Officer.

The Director, HRBP will lead and develop a small team of HR professionals, ensuring consistent, high-quality partnership across the organization.
The role reports to the Chief People Officer.
Responsibilities Strategic HR Business Partnership & Workforce Planning
- Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders, supporting workforce planning, org design, succession planning, and team scaling aligned to business goals.
- Partner with leaders to anticipate future talent needs and guide organizational decisions through periods of growth, change, and transformation.
- Drive clarity and consistency in role expectations, career paths, and team structures as the company scales.
- Serve as the connective tissue between business leaders and People Operations to ensure programs and policies support real team needs.
- Help design, implement, and continuously improve core HR processes that enable growth and scale, including but not limited to:
- Build and strengthen manager capability through coaching, effective feedback, accountability practices, and performance improvement support.
- Career pathing and competency development frameworks and systems
- Company-wide performance cycles (goal setting, reviews, calibration)
- Manager enablement and leadership effectiveness practices
- Ensure people programs are practical, repeatable, and consistently applied across the organization.
- Own the company’s employee listening strategy, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and feedback loops; analyze and interpret people metrics to generate actionable insights and partner with leaders on data‑informed improvements.
- Own and drive the company’s total rewards philosophy, in close partnership with Finance, Chief People Officer, and Director of People Operations.
- Lead strategy and execution across:
- Compensation frameworks and market benchmarking
- Incentive and bonus plans
- Benefits strategy and vendor management
- Ensure rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and scalable as the company grows in the U.S. and abroad.
- Partner on global expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with local employment laws, pay structures, and benefits practices.
- Scalable and compliant people practices for international teams
- Partner cross-functionally to operationalize global growth in a thoughtful, employee-centered way.
- Build, hire, and scale a high‑performing Business Partner + Total Rewards team.
- Set clear priorities, provide coaching, and ensure consistent, high-impact HR partnership across teams.
- Build team capability in strategic partnering, data analysis, and manager support.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level HRBP leadership in a growing or scaling organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading, building, and developing HR teams.
- HR consulting experience strongly preferred, with the ability to advise leaders, diagnose organizational challenges, and drive change across multiple functions.
- Strong background in workforce planning, organizational design, and total rewards.
- Proven ability to use employee data and engagement insights to influence leaders and drive meaningful change.
- Experience working internationally and supporting global or distributed teams; exposure to global employment practices, pay, and benefits preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
