We are seeking a smart, articulate, and socially accomplished woman (age 25–45) to take on a leadership role as Director – Corporate Relations & Strategic Partnerships for a landmark education and leadership initiative with long-term national and global impact.

About the Mission
Our vision is to build a globally relevant platform for value-based education, leadership development, and social transformation through structured academic programs, executive learning, and large-scale outreach initiatives over the coming decades.

As the first phase, an International School for Value-Based Leadership is being established on a 30-acre campus near Hyderabad, envisioned as a global hub for leadership education, dialogue, and long-term social impact.

Role & Responsibilities

The Director will play a front-facing leadership role, including:

  • Representing the organisation in television, digital media, and public forums
  • Engaging with senior business leaders, HNIs, corporate CSR heads, and public figures across Hyderabad and other key cities
  • Building and managing corporate collaborations, CSR partnerships, and strategic alliances with leading companies and institutions
  • Connecting with corporate CSR heads, business leaders, and decision-makers for long-term institutional partnerships
  • Presenting the project vision through professional documents, presentations, and multimedia materials
  • Leading Phase-1 fundraising initiatives involving high-value institutional and individual contributors
  • Explaining participation models, contributor benefits, and long-term engagement opportunities
  • Building credibility, trust, and sustained relationships with influential stakeholders, corporate leaders, and philanthropic networks

This role requires strong presence, emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to connect with senior decision-makers with confidence and authenticity.

Eligibility & Profile

  • Woman, 25–45 years, confident, articulate, and presentable
  • Strong alignment with ethical leadership, value-based education, and social impact initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort interacting with corporate CSR heads, senior business leaders, HNIs, and public figures
  • Ability to build corporate partnerships, CSR collaborations, and institutional alliances
  • Prior exposure to fundraising, leadership roles, media interaction, corporate outreach, or social initiatives is an advantage

Compensation & Support

Director – Corporate Relations & Strategic Partnerships

  • Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 per month
  • Performance-Based Incentives

Logistics Support:

  • Petrol expenses reimbursed (if using own vehicle)
  • Alternatively, vehicle and driver support may be provided for official engagements

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
