Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to join the consulting team. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements across operating model design, Global Capability Center (GCC) strategies, process improvements, sourcing model optimization, and change management. The role requires strong analytical skills, client engagement capability, and a proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:


Consulting Delivery & Subject Matter Expertise

  • Lead the design, assessment, and implementation of operating models for global and regional functions.
  • Assess and recommend sourcing models (in-house, outsourced, hybrid) and vendor strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Support end-to-end GCC lifecycle programs including location strategy, setup, scale up, governance design, and value realization.
  • Design and optimize organizational structures, spans and layers, role definitions, governance models, and decision rights frameworks.
  • Develop future state organizational designs, defining roles, capabilities, career architecture, and workforce plans for transformed organizations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and digital enablement approaches.
  • Integrate digital and automation levers (RPA, analytics, workflow tools, AI enabled processes) into operating model and process transformation programs.
  • Design and execute comprehensive change management programs, including stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption initiatives.


Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted advisory relationships.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and executive briefings to align stakeholders and secure buy-in.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and roadmaps to C-suite and senior leadership.


Project & Team Leadership

  • Structure, plan, and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and skill development to team members.


Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to intellectual capital creation, including frameworks, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Support proposal development, client pitches, and pursuit activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in GCCs, operating models, sourcing strategies, and digital transformation


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in management consulting, transformation roles, or strategic operations leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in organization design, operating model transformation, and workforce planning.
  • Proven track record in GCC strategy, process excellence, and sourcing optimization.
  • Experience leading digital enablement and technology-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in leading enterprise change management initiatives including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication planning, training design, and adoption measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage behavioral, cultural, and capability shifts associated with large-scale business and digital transformations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills—both executive-level presentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience applying formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent frameworks) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP is an advantage
