Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director at the American Inns of Court. The Director will be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, managing key organizational programs, and driving member engagement. The role includes developing operational plans, providing leadership to staff, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring that programs align with the organization’s mission. The Director will also monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and represent the organization in external engagements and collaborations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience with demonstrated ability to oversee teams and strategic initiatives
• Strong program development, project management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including public speaking and report preparation
• Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or collaboration within professional or legal organizations
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for communication, document production, and organizational management
• Background in the legal profession or a related field is preferred but not required
• CAE a plus
