Role Description The Direct Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves generating leads, meeting prospective customers, and explaining home loan products and services in a clear, accurate manner. Responsibilities include conducting field visits, following up on inquiries, assisting customers with documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. The representative will maintain customer relationships, address basic service queries, and work towards individual and team sales targets. Regular reporting of sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights is also part of the day-to-day work.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain products clearly and handle customer queries professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills and basic Training capability to achieve targets and guide customers through processes.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of retail financial products, preferably housing finance or banking.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field work, local travel within Ahmedabad, and working with performance-based targets.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or sales reporting tools will be beneficial.
