Detailed Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain daily sales reports of meetings, presentations, and closures.
  • Attend corporate activities, promotional events to pitch Keystone.
  • Need assessment & pitch membership plans to customers & prospects.
  • Generate leads through self-sourcing, Self references, and existing customer network.
  • Meet prospective customers F2F by scheduling appointments and conducting presentations.
  • Convince and close sales by handling customer objections and queries.
  • Provide necessary support in booking first time holiday for new members and generate quality referrals from them Maintain relationships with existing members and generate referrals from them.



Requirements

  • :Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales / Field sales / Hospitality / Timeshare / insurance-Direct Sales / Banking sales / Real Estate / Telecom (Postpaid) / High Ticket size products. Strong communication and convincing skills
  • .Adept in field sales, and customer meetings Face-to-Face during events. Target-driven and self-motivated personality
  • .Graduate in any discipline
  • .Flexible for work timing & rotational week off
