As a Direct Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Solar Smart’s customer base and driving revenue growth.

  • Identify and connect with potential customers
  • Explain benefits of solar solutions and close deals
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships
  • Prepare and present sales proposals
  • Ensure excellent customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Stay updated on solar industry trends


βœ… Requirements
  • Strong communication & customer handling skills
  • Proven sales ability (closing mindset)
  • Basic understanding of finance/loan concepts
  • Self-driven and organized
  • CRM & basic computer knowledge
  • Fluent in English + local language
  • Solar industry experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
