About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Digital Marketing Executive with excellent English communication skills and a strong understanding of multiple digital marketing domains.

The role involves reading and analyzing technical project briefs from international clients, coordinating with them effectively, and recommending suitable freelancers/agencies to execute the projects successfully.

This position requires a blend of digital marketing knowledge, project understanding, and strong communication and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate fluently with foreign clients to understand project goals, requirements, and expectations.
• Read, interpret, and analyze technical project briefs across various digital marketing categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend qualified freelancers or agencies for successful project execution.
• Coordinate project workflows to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain clear, professional communication between clients and internal/external teams.
• Track project progress, review performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project details, updates, and outcomes.
• Handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze project briefs in various tech and digital marketing fields.
• Knowledge/experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Video Marketing
• E-Commerce Marketing
• Strong project coordination and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
