Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project implementations, including scoping, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management across the different companies of the Al Jameel Group.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure project progress and adherence to deadlines.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

- Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of project tasks and deliverables.

- Ensure quality standards are met in accordance with project scope and business requirements.

- Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring their understanding of project goals and requirements.

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay updated on the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.



Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing end-to-end digital project implementations like SAP S/HANA ERP within Food & Beverage Manufacturing and Distribution industry. Also experience in project managing Analytics, CRM, B2B is a plus.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of business processes and operations, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and mitigate risks.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing financial reports.

- PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
