Driving Digital Transformation | Cloud, AI/ML, Microservices | Leadership Role | Digital Engineering | Product Engineering Experience - 13 to 20 Years Location - Gurugram, Haryana Roles & Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and own the product engineering strategy and roadmap for digital platforms and applications. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify product opportunities that drive operational efficiency and customer value. Engineering & Development Leadership Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle?from concept to deployment?across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. Ensure adherence to best practices in software architecture, coding standards, and security compliance. Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including microservices, API-first design, and cloud-native development. Innovation & Emerging Technologies Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and edge computing into product offerings. Champion innovation by fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Partner with Business Analysis Lead and Enterprise Solutions Lead to ensure product alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs. Establish governance frameworks for product development, release management, and quality assurance. Team Leadership & Capability Building Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, engineers, and QA specialists. Promote agile methodologies and DevOps practices for faster, reliable delivery.
