We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms. The role requires hands-on experience in social media marketing, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, branding and performance tracking. You will play a key role in building and scaling Guby Rogers online visibility while collaborating closely with the creative, branding and business development teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand positioning.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other digital platforms.
- Handle SEO/SEM, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, email marketing and lead generation activities.
- Create and manage engaging content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms.
- Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams for graphics, reels, promotional videos and branding materials.
- Manage online engagement, brand communication and community growth across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools and social media algorithms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management or performance marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools and content management platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, lead generation and audience targeting.
- Excellent communication, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling paid campaigns and performance marketing is preferred.
- Candidates with personal branding, agency or startup experience will have an added advantage.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Device Requirement: Candidates must carry their own laptop
