Job Description
Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (0?3 Years Experience) Location: Night Shift | Salary: Up to ?50,000 (based on skill & impact) We?re looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketer who actually knows how to execute ? not someone who just talks strategy. If you can run campaigns end-to-end, analyze data without hand-holding, and improve results through experimentation, you?ll thrive here. Key Responsibilities Paid Ads & Funnels Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. Execute performance-focused funnels, retargeting workflows, segmentation, and audience optimization. Manage SEM activities including keyword research, bidding strategy, ad optimization, and ROI improvement. SEO & Organic Growth Lead technical SEO efforts, on-page optimization, off-page activities, and content-driven SEO strategies. Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic patterns, crawl issues, indexing issues, and overall site health. Analytics & Reporting Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards for daily tracking. Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and deliver actionable, data-backed insights ? no guesswork. Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership. Social Media & Content Develop and manage strategies for LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Create content ideas (copy + concepts) for ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social posts. Collaborate with design teams to deliver consistent, high-quality creatives. Conversion Optimization Conduct ongoing landing page reviews and funnel audits. Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user journeys. Evaluate user flow issues and apply basic UI/UX logic to enhance engagement and lead quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with leadership, design, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies and execution plans. Support internal teams with insights, campaign updates, and marketing assets. Partner with developers/designers to implement required improvements. Requirements 0?3 years of real, hands-on digital marketing experience . Strong understanding of: Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Marketing SEO & SEM Social Media Management Analytics & reporting tools Email marketing platforms Ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize campaigns. Creative thinking backed by analytical decision-making. Strong communication skills and extreme attention to detail. Comfortable working night shift without compromising performance.
