• Own D2C and Marketplace revenue targets
• Lead Meta and Google Ads strategy and execution
• Drive ROAS improvement and CAC optimization
• Manage Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra ad performance (ACoS/TACoS)
• Scale budgets profitably while maintaining efficiency
• Oversee retention marketing (Email, WhatsApp, SMS)
• Monitor funnel performance and improve conversion rates
• Prepare performance reports and growth forecasts
• Lead and mentor performance marketing team

• Experience Required: 3–5 Years
• Strong expertise in Meta & Google Ads
• Hands-on Amazon Ads experience
• Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, ACoS, LTV, MER
• Strong analytical and P&L understanding
• Leadership and decision-making capability
