About Profile
We are looking for a data-driven, creatively inclined Digital Marketing Specialist to fuel the growth of our mobile apps across Android and iOS platforms in the USA & Other markets. You will own end-to-end digital campaigns, from ideation and execution to measurement and optimization, across paid, organic, and owned channels.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving app-first environment, understands the nuances of Indian digital audiences, and loves turning data into growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google UAC (Universal App Campaigns), and YouTube to drive app installs and in-app conversions
- Manage daily ad spend, monitor CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS, and LTV metrics
- Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign ROI
- Retarget churned users and dormant segments using custom audiences on Meta and Google
App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Optimize Play Store and App Store listings - Title, description, keywords, screenshots, and preview videos
- Monitor keyword rankings and conversion rates using tools like Google Ads, AppFollow, Sensor Tower, or MobileAction
- Conduct competitor ASO analysis to identify content and keyword gaps
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage organic presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms like Moj, Josh, or ShareChat as relevant
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop scroll-stopping creatives suited to Indian audiences
- Build and execute influencer/creator partnerships with nano to macro creators in regional and metro markets
- Own the content calendar and coordinate cross-functional approvals
SEO & Website/Blog Growth
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies targeting high-intent keywords relevant to the app's use case
- Manage the company blog/content hub, ensuring regular publication of SEO-optimized, audience-relevant content
- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions using Google Search Console and SEMrush/Ahrefs
Email, Push Notifications & CRM / Lifecycle Marketing
- Design and execute user lifecycle campaigns, onboarding flows, engagement nudges, win-back sequences, using tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, or WebEngage
- Segment users based on behaviour, geography, language, and device, and personalize messaging accordingly
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and in-app conversion from CRM-triggered messages
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain analytics using Firebase, Mixpanel, or AppsFlyer to track the full user journey
- Build weekly and monthly dashboards to report key metrics to leadership installs, DAU/MAU, retention D1/D7/D30, conversion funnels
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product and growth teams
