Digital Marketing Lead — Aryabhangy Group

About us. Aryabhangy is a 50-year-old Kochi family business. We started in 1969 with handcrafted teak doors and grew into construction, a Honda dealership network, a hotel and a coworking space. We're now going seriously digital, and building our first in-house creative and marketing team to do it.

The role (Kochi, on-site). We're looking for one person to build and run that team. You'll lead our digital presence across all our brands: make our own premium content (reels, short films, photos), run our social and paid campaigns, generate leads, and lift how the group looks and sells online. This is a build-it-from-scratch role with real responsibility and the freedom to run it your way, reporting directly to the director.

What you'll do.

• Create content yourself — shoot, edit, write — and build a steady engine of it.
• Run Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp, plus paid campaigns, and track what actually drives enquiries.
• Use AI tools to produce far more than a small team normally could.
• Help us hire and grow the team as it scales across the group.

Who we're looking for.

• 2–4 years in digital marketing or content, with a portfolio that shows real taste (your own work matters more than your CV).
• Genuinely AI-native — you already use AI tools daily to create and move faster.
• A hands-on maker and a strategist — comfortable both behind a camera and in the numbers.
• Strong on Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp; fluent in Malayalam and English.
• Hungry to build something and run it. Experience with premium, real-estate or lifestyle brands is a plus, not a must.
