Location: Dehradun Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1?2 years in digital marketing, content, or brand communication About the role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who can independently manage digital presence, content execution, e-commerce operations, and basic sales communication. If you understand digital funnels, can coordinate across teams, and enjoy creating meaningful campaigns?this role gives you real ownership. Key Responsibilities 1. Content, Campaigns & Social Media Own the monthly content calendar?posts, reels, videos, emailers. Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Suite, and community interactions. Script and coordinate production of short-form videos and product explainers. Support influencer, doctor, and partner campaigns. 2. E-Commerce Management Maintain and update product pages across e-commerce platforms/website. Upload product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. Track inquiries and leads coming through e-commerce channels. Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely order status updates. 3. Quotation & Sales Support Draft clean, accurate quotations based on templates + product data. Share catalogues, brochures, and product information with leads. Coordinate with sales team to track follow-ups and customer communication. Maintain digital records of quotations and inquiries for reporting. 4. Website, SEO & Digital Assets Update website content, blogs, and landing pages. Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements. Ensure product information is consistent across brochures, website & social media. 5. Performance, Analytics & Reporting Create weekly dashboards?engagement, leads, website traffic, campaign results. Conduct A/B tests for creatives, captions, and landing pages. Analyse what content performs and suggest improvements. Track competitor activity and new digital trends in healthcare. What We?re Looking For 1?2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing/social media. Strong content writing and storytelling ability. Basic understanding of e-commerce processes and product listing. Ability to draft clean, professional quotations. Familiarity with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4). Good coordination skills and attention to detail. Curiosity to learn healthcare communication and new tools. Nice to Have Experience in healthcare, wellness, or tech companies.
