The role is with a leading financial services organization based in Mumbai, India. Location: Mumbai Department: Digital, Marketing & Strategy Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking digital leader to spearhead our organization's social media growth, content strategy, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling digital presence, building high-performing content teams, executing automation projects, and integrating digital initiatives with core business objectives within the insurance ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Growth & Social Media Leadership Drive end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms. Deliver exponential organic growth through data-driven content planning, community engagement, and trend-based strategies. Analyze platform insights and refine strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. 2. Content Marketing & Creative Strategy Lead the creation of impactful, high-converting digital content including videos, scripts, educational pieces, and influencer-led campaigns. Manage and mentor the content marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice, compliance, and output quality. Own the content calendar, production pipeline, and performance evaluation metrics. 3. Business Integration & Advisory Enablement Align all digital initiatives with business goals such as lead generation, advisory excellence, and customer engagement. Strengthen and support the advisory team with digital tools, training content, and structured communication workflows. Develop digital frameworks that enhance customer journeys across advisory touchpoints. 4. CRM Development & Automation Initiatives Lead the development and enhancement of the in-house CRM to improve lead management efficiency and closure rates. Conceptualize and execute automation projects to streamline operations and enhance user experience. Work closely with tech, product, and business teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption. 5. Strategy & Cross-Functional Execution Develop digital roadmaps aligned with organisational objectives and long-term growth plans. Collaborate with marketing, sales, tech, product, and leadership teams to execute integrated digital initiatives. Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks through dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics. Preferred Performance Indicators (Ideal Profile) Proven ability to grow social media audiences by 50x?70x organically. Experience generating 10M+ views across multiple platforms. Exposure to digital transformation projects resulting in measurable operational improvements. Strong experience within the insurance, BFSI, or fintech sectors. Required Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in digital growth, content strategy, social media management, and brand storytelling. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing creative and cross-functional teams. Strong communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to convert digital insights into strategic recommendations and business results. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant fields. 6?10+ years of digital marketing, content strategy, or digital transformation experience. Insurance, BFSI, fintech, or consumer-tech industry experience is highly preferred. Application Requirement Interested candidates must share their updated resume along with a detailed portfolio.
