Role We are seeking a Performance Marketer to lead our digital growth initiatives, drive qualified leads, and optimize marketing ROI for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have 3?5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities ? Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. ? Continuously monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality. ? Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments for performance improvement. ? Manage paid search (PPC), display ads, retargeting, and social media advertising. ? Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM systems for campaign tracking and reporting. ? Collaborate with sales and content teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. ? Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital innovations to enhance campaign performance. ? Optimize conversion funnels to reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead) and increase engagement and conversions. Key Requirements ? 3?5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate. ? Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. ? Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools. ? Strong analytical ability with a data-driven approach to optimization. ? Knowledge of SEO, SEM, retargeting, and programmatic advertising. ? Experience in budget management and media planning. ? Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills. What We Offer ?
