Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to promote the company's services. Responsibilities include overseeing social media campaigns, generating quality leads, analyzing website performance, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to maximize ROI. The role will also involve collaborating with the development and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, with the ability to design and manage impactful campaigns that engage audiences and drive brand awareness
• Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing, including skills in identifying, attracting, and converting potential leads
• Strong understanding of Web Analytics tools to track and improve performance metrics
• Expertise in Digital Marketing, encompassing SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage
• Proven track record in the financial services or trading industry is a plus
